This is how we make a beautiful Christmas postcard. First draw the object that you want to display. Then trace the picture with white glue. Check out how!

We used our fingers to mix plasticine and extend it all around this parrot. Plasticine has got texture and also you can mix it to get new colours. Some parrots looked real! Do you like them?

SONIA DELAUNAY (1885-1978)  WAS AN ARTIST WHO LOVED VIVID COLOURS AND PLAYED A LOT WITH SHAPES, EXPLORING ABSTRACT ART. SECOND GRADERS TRIED OUT TO PRACTICE SONIA´S STYLE, AND THE RESULTS ARE QUITE NICE. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Firstly we´ve made a boat using recycled paper. Then we decorated it the way we wanted and we added some colour.

 Like architects would do, second graders designed a castle. Everyone´s is different, just like us.
